James builds and operates ARG's continuous simulation infrastructure: automated OSINT, LLM-personalized spear phishing, voice-cloning vishing, and the adaptive scoring loop that runs between physical engagements.

His background is quality engineering at Quality Electrical Systems, plus IT infrastructure, hands-on networking implementation, and social engineering. He is ex-Amazon, with supply chain experience, and works across systems-of-systems rather than single tools.

On an engagement, James runs the digital and human attack surfaces: the spear phishing, the vishing, the OAuth and identity testing, and the detection-engineering feedback that the client's own team keeps and reuses.
